1. Instant “On-the-Spot” Claims (HICAPS)
The easiest way to claim is right here at our reception desk. We use the HICAPS claiming system, which allows us to process your NIB claim in seconds.
- After your treatment, simply tap or swipe your physical NIB Membership Card on our HICAPS system.
- NIB pays their portion directly to us. You only need to pay the remaining “gap”.
2. Claiming via the NIB App
- Ask our friendly reception team for a printed, itemized tax receipt after your treatment.
- Open the nib App on your smartphone and select ‘Make a Claim’.
- Take a clear photo of your receipt and hit ‘Submit’.
Most claims are processed quickly, and your rebate is typically paid into your nominated bank account within 3-5 business days.
3. Online Member Account
You can also submit your claim through the NIB website by logging into your member account.
- Simply upload a digital copy or photo of your Springfield Dental receipt.

You can book an appointment with us online or call us at (07) 3818 9100. Please note your dental appointment is considered confirmed at the time of booking. We have reserved the time with our dentists, dental assistants and hygienists, especially for you. We will contact you prior to your scheduled appointment with a courtesy reminder but ultimately it is your responsibility to ensure that you arrive on time for your appointment. We know that life can get in the way and if you need to reschedule, please give us at least one business days’ notice and we will be happy to find a time that better suits you.
